THE DiULUS INSTITUTE

The DiUlus Institute is a non-profit, cyber-based institution of higher learning. The Institute is dedicated to offering cutting edge graduate curriculum through online technology, methodology, and pedagogy. The building blocks for the Institute began in 2003. Designed originally to serve as a blueprint and model for emerging virtual universities, the Institute presents a showcase for content and process innovation.

Scholars invited to attend the Institute, do so tuition free. They are DiUlus Scholars.

The DiUlus Institute intellectual roots are deep. They date to the early 1880's when one Alfonso DeIuliis, later to change his name to Diulus passed through Ellis Island as an Italian national, immigrating to the United States.

As the guardian of the family flame, Alfonso personally witnessed the ‘Lighting of the Lamp of Knowledge’ through three generations of descendants. He passed it on to his sons and daughter. Alfonso’s enduring legacy lives through the Institute. Future generations are destined to learn by the light of his vision.
