These 3rd party schools, offered to the student, are willing to recognize their rigor and course completition accomplishment. Institute tuition free Scholars are eligible to pursue this extraordinary self-directed potnential baccalaurete and graduate degree tracks from among hundreds of colleges and universities offering tuition free courses worldwide and online. 

Potential DiUlus Scholars must work to seek out, invent, engineer, develop, and create new and innovative ways to learn and to be recognized for the effort. The combined goals of both the The DiUlus Institute and the DiUlus Scholar is for the Institute to mentor and the student to deliver to receive a self-directed home schooled online education.
